Durbar View grew out of a small family kitchen just steps from Kathmandu Durbar Square. We cook the Newari and Nepali dishes we grew up with — hand-pleated momo, wood-fired sekuwa, and slow-built thali — and serve them where you can watch the light change over the palace rooftops.

Everything is made fresh through the day, seasoned the way our grandmothers taught us. Whether you climb up to the terrace or order in, it's the same table.
